About Our Provider

Ashanti Scott-Prince, FNP-BC

     Ashanti became a registered nurse in May 2016. She has experience working as a psychiatric, medical-surgical nurse, and clinical director in a home health facility. Due to a growing need to better serve the population, she decided to become a nurse practitioner. She attended Purdue University Global and graduated in May 2019 with a Masters of Science Degree in Nursing with a focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She became a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in July 2019. 

     She began working as an independent contractor for Logistics Health Incorporated as a VA Compensation & Pension Medical Examiner in November 2019 to current. She worked as a float nurse practitioner with CVS Minute Clinic from August 2020 until November 2021. In August 2021, Garner Community Health was established to assist with meeting the health needs of the community and military service members.


Hours of Operation

Our clinic is open Wednesday - Saturday 8 am - 4 pm. We will be accepting new patients in April 2022. Our facility is currently not accepting insurance or walk-ins. Appointments can be scheduled online.

     Our facility is located on Benson Road next to St. Mary's Church, and the Commerce Building, and across from the BP gas station. We are inside a small brick building, named Office Ours. Please check in at suite 118. 

The building is wheelchair accessible. The ramp is located at the back of the building on St. Mary's St.
